attach more bumper stickers to my car

today i finally made it down to nashville to visit Jack White’s record/novelty store Third Man Records. among the things i bought was a White Stripes sticker that looks like a peppermint. it’s now proudly displayed on the right side of my liscence plate :)

also while in nashville i visited Grimey’s Loved and Preloved Music (the best record store i ever been in!) and aquired a free sticker there.

so i guess i’ve made some progress on this nerdish goal today :)

I bought a sticker at the Ryan Adams concert 2 weeks ago,

it says “Cardinology”

it’s now proudly displayed by the keyhole of my trunk, although i doubt anyone that sees it is going to understand what it means…

I’m debating if I should should get a Barrak Obama bumper sticker, I’ve always supported Obama but I resolved that I wouldn’t do anything bumper sticker till it was certain he would be the nominiee….now that’s come to pass.

The next thing is even though i have strong political feelings… as a personal policy i tend to keep them to myself unless asked. I’m not shure if getting a Obama bumper sticker would violate that.

at this point it’s just somthing that crosses my mind…..

i discovered a sticker that came from a vintage clothing place in louisville (The Nitty Gritty) the other day. i didn’t notace the lady sticking the sticker in with my stuff. i haven’t yet decided where i’m going to put it though.

I think this a excellant way to express oneself. I just have 2 on my car, one for fender guitars, and a sticker from ear x-tacy (an indipendent music store in Louisville). I would like to get more though. I’d like to find a Radiohead sticker, and also a sticker with some sort of enviromental message. It’s just hard to come across interesting bumper stickers
