I’m not exercising much at the moment, much due to the fact that it is winter and snowy here in Sweden. Walking still works though, and the occasional sessions of Wii Fit, but I should be doing more exercise.
I’m going to try a bit harder after Christmas is over.

My girlfriend got a Wii from her dad, including Wii Fit. I hope to get this goal going with some help from this wonderful and fun machine :)

...with doing exercises every other night before bed.
I’m doing:
- 40-60 sit-ups
- 10-20 push-ups
- + some other exercises which I don’t know the names for :P It takes me approx. 5 mins total and it worns me out good, so it’s easier to fall asleep nowadays.

I think this goal has been officially put on hold for me. I haven’t been exercising much this summer, and for this autumn, I don’t think much will happen either.

I’m gonna start doing these again. I tried ten push-ups yesterday, and I wouldn’t just believe how much strength I’ve lost!
Perhaps 50 of each every day will do the trick in getting a bit more exercised :)

Now I’ve gotten a silver card on IKSU. That means that I have full accessibility to the gym and the swimming pool.
I’ve been meaning to work out 2-3 days a week for a start.
Last week (my 1st) went great!
