The solution of WHEN to go walking has been right under my nose all along. I’m having to get up early to take Riverdancer to some classes. Then I have two hours to kill before work.

I finally figured out that I can walk during this time – even in the summer it wouldn’t be too hot. And now … well, I ought to keep a windbreaker in the car.

10 minute walk today kicked Elderbear’s walking season off.

A Beautiful Morning (just barely) 23 months ago

A leisurely 20 minute walk today with the Little Black Beast. The weather was just right for walking – no gusty wind and pleasantly cool. I got back from my walk just minutes before noon and noticed only a few twinges in my back.
