i dont want to dread my ideas 3 years ago

I’m dreading going back to that place. not to say i dont love what i do and what i learn… but i dont really like the way they treat me. i really hope my creativity doesn’t take such a beating next year… maybe that’s a goal i should set up for myself… hmmmm.
