Once I start living on my own, I would like to try becoming an ovo-vegetarian for a year, and a vegan for a month. There are so many reasons to become a vegetarian, but my main motivator is that if I can survive healthily without killing an animal for food, then why not? I think I’d still have organic dairy products (it’s a better form of calcium, vitD, etc.), and I think at first I’ll still let myself have fish. If it goes well, then I might keep it up. Can anyone suggest any good resources on becoming a vegetarian (books, websites, etc.)?
