Fell in love with Death Cab for Cutie based on Ben Gibbard’s voice (and his cutie glasses) but, still..most importantly, his voice. I like how subtle it is very distinctive as well.

He’s an interesting looking guy but, besides that, he has such a cool voice. Anytime I hear a Cars song, I think about how great Ric Ocasek is (well, the songs he sang)...most of them. He is choosing very cool bands to work with now and is an excellent producer.
Okay, it isn’t because I am totally hot for him, seriously…that’s part of it, maybe, but, really I think his voice is so great. I follow all of his many projects just to hear him sing.
Live or recorded, his voice makes my heart sink into my feet or rise up through my throat, depending on the note and the words. He is a wonderful performer and he could sing anything to me.
Icelandic wonder – has to be added; she has a voice that is all her own. Unique and distinct – the growl, the waiver, the scream…
I don’t even have to really comment…he’s incredible. His range is amazing. His voice can make me laugh and bring me to tears. It is transforming – it is the best.
Listening to Robert Smith’s voice is like listening to an old friend now. It is distinctive and emotional. He could sing the phone book and I would be attentive.
When The Sundays debut album came out, I couldn’t stop listening to it. I also could not stop attempting to imitate Harriet Wheeler’s lovely voice. It is a true favorite.
