Keep Track of All the Movies I Watch in 2007

Saw Bee Movie last night…very cute. I thought it was a lot of fun, however, the movie had a lofty goal of completing so much in so little time. Still, that wasn’t the point of the movie. It was funny and I liked it just fine.

Written by Douglas Coupland…which was the draw to this film for me. I also wound up liking the music quite a bit. The setting is Vancouver…the theme isn’t anything too different from other movies I have seen as of late. These are characters in their late 20’s and/or early 30’s experiencing life and questioning their own lives. I am reminded of Zach Braff for the lead role of Ryan played by Paulo Costanzo. What I liked the best was the writing style. I liked the subtle humor found with Ryan’s boss, with Ryan’s parents, and just everyday things. I liked it.

Saw this tonight…It was great! It was very cool to see a musical featuring all Beatles songs. Also, the style of this film was unique and appreciated. I hope to see more films like this one in the near future. I see this as an upcoming stage show as well. I would see it again.
