List 43 Things That Energize Me

Upcoming anniversary celebration …I’m getting excited.

Completing this album, for example, feels very good.

Celebrating anything bringing success is such an energizer.

Some of my favorites are the Caramel Macchiato, Iced/Skinny and Upside-Down, Blackberry Green Tea Frappuccino, Iced Godiva Blends, Iced Raspberry Mochas…whether it starts my day or becomes a special treat to myself mid-day or after work, I am energized by coffee beverages for more than the caffeine boost.

This probably should not energize me but I tend to become rather gleeful when I hear about a new product that interests me. The latest I heard about was the Shandy that Leinenkugel is coming out with – or has come out with, this year. My favorite beverage while visiting England was the popular Shandy and I’m happy to see its arrival even if it is seasonal. I haven’t tried it yet.

So, the Sondre Lerche show is less than a week away now…I’m so excited and happy! I keep thinking about this show. I tend to get a little overly energized when I am ready to go to a show I have been waiting for…

Of course, it may depend on how the song comes along but, whenever a song is moving in a direction I really like I am incredibly energized to keep working on it and to share it with others. Songwriting always picks me up…

I can be in the worst mood…feel like falling over because I am tired and sleepy and a visit or chat with a great friend will change everything. I tend to become incredibly happy and/or find something good about the experience.

One wouldn’t think it would take too much effort to be nice…I talked to this guy on the phone today who was SO very helpful and fun and kind. I love working with people like this and I do wish everyone was this way. I try my best to imitate people like this so I can be someone people like to work with…
