Have a stand in the "old time" market next year

I was at the old time market today. It was so cosy there and sad that there was only about 10 stands. There was a lot of people visiting. I am considering to have a stand myself next year, but I can not imagine what I would be selling.

Home made marmelades for example?
Or learn how to bake those famous limburgse vlaaien (kind of pie)?
Or perhaps go for the handicraft thing of calligraphy and other paper stuff…. dunno. but I have one year to think about it ;)
