Banana nut bread – I admit that it’s a cake, but it’s great!
Everybody loves it.
Recipe:
Combine 1 cup fine sugar + 3 very ripe bananas in a bowl, smash bananas against the sugar with a fork, add 1/2 cup oil and 2 eggs.
Then add the dry ingredients – 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt, 25 grams of vanilla sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, a cup of walnuts. Mix, pour into a greased baking pan, bake on a low temperature until baked (I make it in a deep narrow pan – like one for bread – for 2 hours).
