My daughter has been adding better foods into her day little by little. I didn’t pressure her at all, yet made available fun and healthy snacks/foods that got tried by default. Her school lunches have also helped in putting some variety into her diet.
Slow and steady wins the race sometimes…
My daughter is now 10 years old, and I still can’t get her to eat hardly any fruits or vegetables. Give her vitamins.
My mother told me I was the same way when I was a child, and I never suffered from malnutrition or starvation.
Guess I will just relax and take it easy in regards to the subject.
