OK i've done a few things..

I’ve gone shopping today and bought dried chick peas for hummus and falafel, and yellow split peas for dahl. Both high fibre beans and legumes and de-licious. Bought falafel is nothing like home cooked falafel :D.

I’m also eating normal servings again. ie. 2 egg onion, tomato and cheese omelette with two slices of wholemeal toast and a cup of tea, instead of over eating with a 3/4 egg omelette, oozing with cheese, and 4 pieces of white toast WITH butter lol. Which honestly would have made me feel full to the brim, so it’s not like i have that kind of appetite in the first place, just eyes that are too big for my stomach. lmao

If i get hungry later, i can have something then. At least that way i’ll have had time to burn what i’ve already had without excess to be stored, and the next meal will have more of a chance of being used up. So it will turn out to be more like the 6 small meals a day. When i start losing weight and get smaller, some of those meals will probably naturally turn into just a piece of fruit. This way it happens into 6 smaller meals naturally rather than me constantly having to worry about eating every 2.5-3 hours.

I’m also going to make the delicious tahini sauce that has made it bearable for some people to be vegetarians in the first place. It’s the same as the goddess sauce that is sold in stores. Only much cheaper and so easy to make. I bet you i could eat an entire garden with it on :D lol.

Have now changed all food to organic, meat and eggs over to free range, including free farmed pork, dairy and juices etc, to raw and unpasteurised – which by the way is yummy liquid gold. Cream actually rises to the top :). And butter to organic grass fed, which i then clarify and make into ghee.

I have swapped my cooking oils for a coconut oil and ghee blend. And EVOO for salads etc. I also substitute coconut oil in sauces etc, to give it a richness while giving weight loss.

I have swapped all my carbs to resistant carbs, like; mash potatoes to green banana mash.

I am making fresh water kefir ginger beer probiotic which i will drink every day :) and am just waiting on milk kefir grains to make my own raw milk kefir yoghurt, with 5 trillion good bacteria.

I have made my own pate with coconut oil, butter, and a bit of cream. Which is absolutely delicious by the way.

And i will make home made falafels with fresh herbs to freeze and use :)

Oh AND i’m drinking Matcha Green Tea, which has 10x more antioxidents than normal green tea. And now that i have the raw milk, i can make Match Latte’s :) mmmmm omnomnomnomnom.

I have sourced and sorted all these at the best and cheapest price possible. And i’m pretty happy with myself right now :D lol.

I will also be eating 6 x smaller more frequent meals a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, desert :) I have done this before and i know it works.

For excercise i have downloaded P90X, bikrams yoga but not sure i’ll do it.

With all these changes, it’s time to watch the weight drop off, me thinks.
