and will do the 10 day challenge. Someone 35lbs lighter than me burned up to 1000 cals doing the high impact Zumba so i’m going to do that.
A kilo of weight is 7000 calories. 1000 calories a day from one zumba class x 7 days a week = 7000, = a kilo :) just from doing high impact zumba :)
I have taken 500 cals off my daily calorie intake, which incidentally ended up also being around the amount it would take to maintain my goal weight. SO….. i think it’s better to eat for the weight i want to be so i can get used to it again and make a lifestyle change instead of having to come off a diet. AND because if you try and restrict more than 5-600 calories from your daily calorie needs, your body will start going into starvation mode. Although, i think if you keep eating throughout the day, your body will think it’s still getting fed and maybe you can avoid that? I don’t know..
I just know i want to eat for the weight i want to be, which is around 1613, so i’ll lose any excess that i WAS eating, just from doing that – which works out to be 1/2 kilo a week. AND do the zumba every day to lose a kilo a week. If i really want to go all BIGGEST LOSER on this, i could do it twice a day doing a two our sess, which shouldn’t be hard since i love dance for excercise AND zumba is meant to be so fun that people don’t even notice and could do it forever :)
Total is 6 kilos a week loss, or with 2 hours zumba 10 kilos a month, loss. Actually, when you put it like that, i could be done in 4 months :)
Biggest loser excercise styles it is then. lol 10 kilos a month for 4 months ;) Doing Zumba for 2 hours every day :) I’ll have to change it up or increase my high impact intensity as i go along, to keep the burning going and not plateau.. lucky i’m good at that.

Basically, i just want to get into my healthy weight range and stay there, since watching the show “Embarrassing Fat Bodies” and seeing all the loose skin and how it doesn’t bounce back so well as you get older. It’s the last thing i need. So that’s my plan. And so i can look good, of course :D lol.
lol. Subsconsciously i must really not want to do this excercise, because when i was meant to start excercising any day now, i injured myself while drunk hahaha, and twisted my knee so badly i couldn’t breathe without it fucken hurting. And then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, it still hasn’t healed completely 6 weeks later. You know some people say they have an old sports injury? Well i have one of those from being drunk and disorderly >.<. God i hope this isn’t life long, because i never wanted one of those.
Anyway, i’m goin to do some rehab on it because it’s still tender when i try and straighten it right out. But i found out i don’t have to straighten it completely to run, so great :).
Except… i finally worked out my playlist and put it on my iphone, only to have my ipod not open to use it. How fucken crapola. what a crock of beeeep. lol.
I will have to reset it and start again. Oh joy.

Apart from me being lazy and not want to sons my life cleaning, my place is a hot mess because if it’s a floordrobe, I won’t be able to do the skipping I’ve choanocytes asy excercise. Lmao :D
why skipping? Because it’s cheap, easy, cam do it inside or anywhere, and is second only to RUNNiNG STAIRS in calorie burning. Just 15 mins will give me 290? Calories burned. Beta slugging it our for an hour doing something else :D
I’m also going o do incidntal excercise. My goal is to do a wall flip. To do this going to have to practice running up a wall and erring height. Then eventually doing t actual wall flip. There is a park directly across the rd from me, through an arcade, that I can practice in :D
that should burn a shitload. And I shoul be able to do soemyhing pretty scorn cool at the end of it. Im also going to get some skates and try tricks on and jumping on that :D. $50 outlay for a ton of fun and eventually a way to get around the city. It’s all about playing and having fun doing shit, for exercise.
I did plan to go to the local free running, parlour thing, which is why I wanted o learn to do the wall flip in the first place :D. So I’ll also free run shot for fun whole I’m at it lmao :D
oh and dancing. Lots and lots of practice from watching clips :D learn the shuffle, etc :D. That’s high energy :D lol
