I am on my stationary bike 30 min x 2 per day
I walk from 1 to 1.5 hrs per day

Problems with knees
I am having such knee problems I get out walking 1x per week. I am taking more drugs now, I will try to walk more to help get my weight down as this is the major problem with my knees.
Feb 22 I BOUGHT AN EXERCISE BIKE – I will use my byke 3×15 min per day. Stretch after using bike.



My regime

Walk 30 min
Exercise bike 2×15 min
March 3 – walk 30 min
exercise bike 2×15 min
March 4 – walk 30 min
exercise bike 1×15 min
March 5 – walk 30 min
exercise bike 1×15 min



GET IN HEALTHIER SHAPE

Go out for a 15 min walk 4xs a day, no matter what the weather.
