The stress of constant pain, medical visits, anxiety about the operation causes me to feel anger and hate very intensely at times. I express this out loud to release it.
I have found reminding myself to be grateful and to thank people with intention, not just haphassardly, to remind my self to look at the world, my life and people with love, to remind myself that I am OK and everyone is OK is helpful in changing my mood. I listen to a relaxation CD. I do things that I enjoy. I remind myself to live in the moment, not to worry about the future or regret the past, that everything will be OK.
I have a loving, passionate life partner.
I have massive amounts of money at my fingertips.
When I get negative I remember who I really am.
