Get a PhD

Okay, I’ve been here for two months now. I’ve signed up with the graduate school as a prospective student so I can get more information about the programs offered.

Well, I got the full time job at the university so I am one step closer to making this a reality. First, I am in the academic setting. Second in a few months I’ll be able to take advantage of the tuition assistance for employees so I can begin taking some classes.

Have a job interview at the University next week. If I can get on there it will help eliminate several of my obstacles in going back to school particularly the financial part. So here’s hoping something good comes out of the interview.

This is something I want to do but it scares me to death. The time, the commitment, and the money. Oh my!
