I dunno, but this is just not working. Going to bed at 1:00 am, and getting up at 6:45 am isn’t that bad, is it? Other than making me look like the face of Death.

The last few nights I’ve been getting to bed well past midnight, and still getting up early. My internal clock must be busted, as I don’t get tired during the day.
I went to bed at 11:00 last night. Much better that the usual time of 1:00 or 2:00. Got up at 6:45, so that’s almost 8 hours of sleep. I would think that getting up early should make me want to go to bed early, but it doesn’t. I’ve been getting up at 6:45 for months now, and staying up late, no naps during the day.
I’m aiming to eventually get to bed by 10:00.
