We bought a Wii, and have sync’d the Balance Board and started our profiles for Wii Fit Plus. Played a few games last night. This is going to be a fun way to supplement some exercise!
Walked 2 miles last night at the track. Going again tomorrow night.
started going to the Y in January of this year…did well, lost some wieght before my June wedding, but have since gained it all back——it’s been hard with my husband going into the hospital 2 weeks after the wedding, moved into our house, have to unpack, now have an hour commute to work so the gym has taken a back seat….the very back…
for a while now…...got to get back on.

It’s so exciting to actually be able to see a difference. I wish others would notice…..
but I’ve lost a couple more pounds and am holding steady… I’m happy with that for now. I’ve established a good exercise routine. So I’m gonna stick with that for awhile.
on the new diet and I did very good. I lost 2 pounds and I feel so good about it…...Sometimes it’s hard though to keep going. But I’m gonna!
It started yesterday, and so far is going well.
I’m exercising every morning before work, and several days a week after work.
I’m cutting down on junk food, limiting my caloric intake, but I’m counting calories, which seems to be helping me (at least mentally).
We’ll see how it goes.
Well, I’ve gone down 3 pounds. It’s not much, but it’s a start. I’ll take what I can get, anyway I can get it! I’ve been doing really well as far as the water drinking goes. And I’m still working on my eating habits—-that’s a daily struggle. Really concentrating on portion sizes. And I’ve started exercising again. So hopefully I’ll start to see the pounds drop!
