for a while now…...got to get back on.
I’m starting right now.
since I started counting.
It’s so exciting to actually be able to see a difference. I wish others would notice…..
but I’ve lost a couple more pounds and am holding steady… I’m happy with that for now. I’ve established a good exercise routine. So I’m gonna stick with that for awhile.
on the new diet and I did very good. I lost 2 pounds and I feel so good about it…...Sometimes it’s hard though to keep going. But I’m gonna!
It started yesterday, and so far is going well.
I’m exercising every morning before work, and several days a week after work.
I’m cutting down on junk food, limiting my caloric intake, but I’m counting calories, which seems to be helping me (at least mentally).
We’ll see how it goes.
Well, I’ve gone down 3 pounds. It’s not much, but it’s a start. I’ll take what I can get, anyway I can get it! I’ve been doing really well as far as the water drinking goes. And I’m still working on my eating habits—-that’s a daily struggle. Really concentrating on portion sizes. And I’ve started exercising again. So hopefully I’ll start to see the pounds drop!
I can’t seem to get past the plateau—-the neverending plateau. It’s really starting to get me down. But I will keep trying…...
I’ve started drinking more water…which is really a feat for me, cause I really don’t like it. But I know I’ve got to drink more water anyway, to be healthy, so here goes!
I’m still stuck in this rut—-but at least I’m not gaining….
I’ve done my new workout video several times, and I really like it. And it’s fun!! Woohoo!!
So I eat more healthy foods, veggies and such; I watch my portion sizes; besides drinking a whole lot of water, and exercise, what else can I do? Any ideas?
So I just ordered a new workout video…..hopefully it will be fun and motivate me to get moving!!! Cause I’m still at this plateau…
