I’m surprised there aren’t many people doing this! I recently sprained my ankle because I was sitting on my foot and it fell asleep…it wasn’t a very serious sprain, and I think it was related to another recent biking injury as well. But I sit on my feet a lot. I think it might essentially be if i am sitting, it is on my feet because if I don’t it feels wrong & weird. And like most people, work and many other things mean I’m sitting most of the time. In addition to the legs falling asleep from it, Lately I’ve noticed my knees feel kind of sore from it too, I think. I was talking to my Dad about it, he said mom always sat on her feet until she couldn’t do it anymore, and she has knee issues now…a little scary! I really want to stop, but I find really hard, so I’m hoping someone will have a “how I did it” story to share one day!
