eat more locally grown food

I have always attempted to buy local foods from the Dekalb Farmer’s Market (in Atlanta, GA) which has produce from all over the world, but recently I have given a lot more thought to joining a CSA. I’m proud to declare that next week I will be purchasing and receiving my first basket of local bounty! I’m sure I will still subsitute for some things at the grocery store, but with summer just around the corner more true farmer’s markets will be opening their doors and will limit the amount of things I have to buy from the grocery store.
