Volunteer Work

I previously did volunteer work at an Adult Education Centre introducing Senior Citizens to the delights of technology. This was so much fun – many of them had not used a computer at all, let alone logged onto the net.
To see them receive their first emails from grandchildren, or other family members was just wonderful.
After awhile I found it was taking up way too much time and I dropped out of the volunteer program. I really should get involved in some other way – even if only for a couple of hours a week.
