Less meat, less fried food, less chocolate. More grilled, more fish, more veggies, more fruits, more juices, more green tea.
It’s about time I move on to execute this decision, I’ve always said this monday, this week, next month.. it’s been 5 months now. I’m normal weight, but I know I can lose few pounds. And I will.
