First Tattoo?

I think I have decided on the image for my first tattoo. It would be a memorial for Hunter S. Thompson, my favorite author ever. I was greatly saddened by his suicide and his writing has been important to me for a long time and always will. So I plan to get a tattoo of the Gonzo symbol, but I’m not sure where yet. Possibly behind my ear.
