went out on a 38’ yawl (2 masted sailboat) with an experienced captain, much easier to sail, since it doesn’t react so quickly to the wind changes

Went out sailing with a friend the other evening, got stuck in the middle of the Charles River Basin-no wind! Had to row back to the boathouse using a laundry detergent bottle with the bottom cut off. Not what I’d consider a stellar start…maybe I can persuade her to take me again.

Something small, maybe a Laser or Sunfish. I think I’ll stick to lakes, though, and stay close enough to shore that I can swim back! (p.s. I swim like a stone!)
