So, the good news is that cutting out caffeine from my diet (I only drink green tea now, hoping to break even that eventually) has significantly reduced my fatigue. Amazing!! The bad news is that it’s been two months of slowly cutting back the amount of caffeine in my body and while this never happened when I quit cigarettes, I am still not totally recovered from the mood swings. They are intense and I’ve been very depressed at times for absolutely no reason. I’m actually really happy with my life, but feel awful. So, it has to be totally chemical. I’m glad that this is getting better, but I’m totally freaked out about the things that foods and such are doing to my body now! I can’t be a total puritan, where’s the fun in that?

Does anyone know what can help this? Or have advice? I already eat well and workout when I’m not having a bad week. I want to try to eliminate the bad weeks as much as possible.
