write a novel

I have a chance to pass on my current young adult project to an intern at an agency by the end of this month. I need to finish the first big chunk of writing before that time and write a good introductory letter. This is my goal to have done by the 20th of June, just because that is a nice round number.

Now if there are any excuses to why one isn’t working out. I can’t hide, because there is another completely different story needing to come out. And the writing schedule comes out on Monday. Done. Creativity is good. Discipline is needed.

This is very much in the process. I keep figuring out a major problem and then getting blocked again. I need to have more discipline, I think. Does anyone else have trouble sitting down and writing for hours straight? Like turn on the creativity, go…
