Learn to knit

It took about 2-3 year to actually get around to learning how to knit a hat, and mind you I used circular needles so I technically cheated, but I’m so excited. I can’t wait to make more!!!!

I’m almost done knitting the scarf I started in October! I’m amazed that I actually finished it! (even tho it makes my fingers hurt). I think worked out in around 30 hours; is that long? It was my first piece and I taught myself! :)

All I have left is to bind it and it will be ready to wear! BUT I am going to make some orange flower designs in thread and perhaps some orange tassles on the ends (it’s a rich khaki olive green color).

Good Times! Go me!

I started AND finished a scarf for my doggie. Now, I’m trying to finish my scarf.

Next, I need to learn how to do a purl stitch. I think I’m going to have to take classes at Michael’s. :) Go me!
