Lol epic fail! back to flabby. I feel the muscle underneath the flab but it’s hard to do crunches and who knows the last time I went to workout. Good thing my metabolism is still fast, one day when I lose that, I’m going to completely flab out. I NEED TO STOP BEING LAZY!

It seems I might actually be getting somewhere with this goal. Due to swimming and general workout, the muslces in my arms and legs are rock solid. My stomach is also pretty solid when I flex it, which is nice. I just wanted it to be a little smaller too :P Maybe I should run more and eat less, lol.
