I have finally decided to lose the 80 extra lbs on my litle frame! I am at 225 now and I want to be at 145. I’m 5’6. I am definitely ready. Like so many other over weight people like me, my weight affects everything that I do and don’t do. And I want that to change. I want to gain the confidence I know I have inside me. For once in my life I want to see something through that I’ve decided to do!! So wish me luck. I am going to do low calorie, high protein and extreme exercise starting tomorrow morning. Someone wish me some luck-support please, I’m going to need it.

Sometimes I wish I could just become a robot and just exercise 24/7. :(. I hope this is the very last time that I’ve had it up to ‘here’ with myself for giving up. I figure it is humanly possible for me to lose weight, the only thing stopping me is me. I have to keep that in mind!!

And also, I am not going to use a scale until I get to my check points. Ex. Lose 10 lbs by Dec 1. So I will check the scale on Dec 1 to see if I am 215!

Goals

Lose 10 by Dec 1, 2007 (15 days from today)

Lose total 30 (20 lbs) by January 7, 2007. And no I am not using the holidays as an excuse. I did that before, and Im done making excuses!! ( 52 days from now)(37 day time period)

Lose 50 total (20 lbs) by Mar 1, 2007 (105 days from now)(53 day time period)

Lose 60 total (10 lbs) by May 1, 2007 (166 days from now)(61 day time period)

Lose 80 total ( 20 lbs) by August 1, 2007 (258 days from now)(92 day period)
