"Compliments Journal"

I was complimented by a client on the way I matched my clothing and my jewelry. Well, it was really more of an observation, but it was nice he observed it so I will take it as a compliment.

And, yes, whoever came up with this goal may absolutely take that as a compliment. :) You are very perceptive of the need for us to maintain a record of GOOD!

I found out today that a VP in one of our other departments sent an email to a couple of my leaders this week stating what a fantastic job I was doing coordinating volunteer efforts for our group (a job I had volunteered for beyond my regular job duties). Even though this was not said directly to me, I’m definitely taking this as a compliment. It makes me feel very encouraged, as I’m often my worst critic! It’s great to know someone thinks I’m doing a good job.

This also inspires me to make an even more concerted effort to freely compliment others.
