I`ve done it and kept it off. 3 years ago

Unfortunatly, getting back down to my previous weight, dosent mean I am the same size as I used to be. Gwyneth is right, you do need to exercise too. Back to my food journal to help with a bit more – its not that hard, and now the weathers getting great and I`ll be holidaying soon, I should be able to fit in some more exercise.
But yea – i lost half a stone! I swear, I`m never going back to the old days.
Perhaps this goal need to change now, to suit the next stage I`m at.

but I`ll give it a few weeks to make sure its off for good and I`m not just having a skinny day – not that I look skinny, but I know what I mean.

I have managed to get off and keep off 1.5kg. I lost that very quickly, but cant seems to get the next lot off. I suppose I need to get some more regular exercise. I read that Gwyneth Paltrow said ’ forget diet, u have to get in the gym to loose the last bit’. But all the same I still need to improve further on my eating. Its still mostly coming down to portion sz and frequency.
