Did push-ups, dips, plank and side plank for 2.5 minutes total, did 5 v-ups (boy do I really need to work on core strength), and did the shoulder stretches and back stretches. Oh, also did some work balancing on one foot. I wanted to work on hand balancing stuff, but I just can’t do that without a mat. Too much of it involves me falling on my face (literally. on my face. it hurts.) for me to do it on a hardwood floor!
