back at school…more junk…working out but eating habits are bad….147 lbs today..not happy and i just ate more out of feelin gbad….not a good move…

145lbs today….dont feel as great as i thought i would…i need to be lighter…my body is definitely shrinking…extra fat under my chin is finally going away. im sticking to my protein diet…although today i had a hersheys snack size candy bar…8 gms carbs…ill work out extra. if i can stay focused….i should be 140lbs by september 1st. fingers crossed.
last week was all about eating 3 healthy meals per day. During my weekly weigh in i hadnt lost any weightbut i hadnt put on any…so i was just a little bummed. Starting today i’m doing a low carb diet. I’m excited to do it because i lost 7lbs the last time i did it for 2 weeks. My moms going to do it with me so we’re hoping to keep each other motivated. it can be a little challenging but if i stick to it ill be down another 6-7lbs by the time school starts back up….i just need to stay focused.
so i’m totally new to this…i figured reading about my progress might keep me a little motivated :) I’ve never felt truly good about myself, and decided i should finally just lose the weight and misery i’ve been carrying around with me. I started at the beginning of this summer and have so far lost 7lbs..im finally back down to 148lbs..at this point its gotten raelly hard…i’m constantly thinking about food and want to stay in pjs all day so i dont have to get into jeans…i need to stay motivated any tips?
