Figure out what I was put on this earth to do

I’m 37 years old. I have an AS in Graphic Design Technology and an AA General Transfer. I’ve worked in daycare, photographer’s assistant, custom photo development, freelance photography, Tupperware sales consultant, secretary, program assistant (this was great…for a planning grant geared to integration of HIV & Substance Abuse Prevention Services…loved it, but we did not get the implementation grant), fiscal assistant, human resources specialist. Approximately a month ago I left my position with a non-profit agency making $30,000 per year (this is the highest salary I’ve earned). I’ve determined that HR is not the right path for me and, in spite of much time investment, have abandoned it. I am on hiatus from paying work until September (or as long as we are able to make it on only my husband’s salary). I plan to take some art classes, am making jewelery, drawing, writing (a small amount), and plan to also do some painting. This is all in addition to finishing some home projects and organizing that have been neglected. I am at times frightened but am working to let it be okay not to know yet….too let my worries come and go like fog dissipates as the sun rises is in the sky. I am looking for that one thing that GIVES me energy instead of sucking it out of me. It’s okay….....I will find it.
