I am reading the Tibetan Book of Living & Dying…it is so serious. I feel so unprepared for that level of commitment. Sat for ten minutes the other day….harder than I thought it would be to stay. I’ve been going to yoga classes, on an inconsistent basis. I find it fairly easy to still my mind and focus on poses…much more of a challenge to keep both the body AND the mind still as in meditation. My yoga class makes me so happy! I am so much more at peace with myself and others when I leave. Maybe it is the lavender Anita uses for the shoulder press during relaxation.
