Well, as of this morning I was down about 15 pounds. It’s not a lot, but it’s a start. It’s enough to encourage me to continue.

I am currently sporting my ‘before’ picture look. But, although I have backslid a couple of times, I have started eating better and have actually started exercising. Which hurts. But that’s the only way I can get to ‘after’.
