My husband has health problems related to diet and weight, and I’m just always really concious of what I feed my three year-old-daughter. I need to lose weight and nip my slowly creeping cholesterol in the bud. So, we are all eating healthier. We switched to complex carbs, low sugar and low fat. Moslty achieved by avoiding processed foods. It means more cooking, but we are all getting healthier. What could be more worthwhile?
