start a snowboarding resort hotel

I’ve been interested in starting a snowboarder resort with my wife who is also addicted to snowboarding in VT, i mean first of all we just what to own a plot of land like 10 acres and start building stuff on it…. the hotel and the snowboard park are all up in the air, either way with or with out the park it would be a cool hotel people of the same interest could just get together and drink a few beers before they pass out to hit the mountain in the morning…
