of mine is having difficulty with depression/anxiety, which made me realize I know very little about how I can help. I suggested a visit to the doctor and more physical activity, which seems awfully small help for a close friend. I admire him for having the courage to say “I’m not feeling well,” even though the cause of it is mostly external (in this case, loss of a family member). I’d be grateful if I could get some advice from others who have been in a similar situation or know of a good approach.
