I have gone to the gym for 5 consecutive days and done 400+ calores of cardio each day along with arms/legs/abs every other day . If I have no time for a workout, I just go do 30 mins of cardio, which kicks my butt. I want so badly to lose fat and show that there’s actually muscle under there, that I get up early to go to the gym now

I’m finally well enough to wake up in the morning and not feel like dying. Soooo, I went to the gym and did 400+ calories of cardio and 45 sit ups from a 45 degree angle \ <—in that sort of direction.
Tomorrow- weight lifting again.
It’s been 3 days since I’ve been to the gym, but I have a terrible cold that just won’t go away and exercising made me feel dead, I have so little energy as it is.
I feel so lame. Gotta go back by Friday.
Started going to the gym a few months ago. Fell off the bandwagon during December, but I’m back. And trying to improve my diet so all these sore muscles will actually show, someday…
