why is it so easy to preface everything with “sorry”, as though apologizing for something makes it impossible for the other person to get mad at you….?
I also need to not apologize for having an emotional reaction to things. I tend to be mad and apologize for it. Not good not good. I’m working on it. I’m aware of it. And I catch myself several times a day.
