I didnt weigh myself all weekend. Finally i weighed myself yesterday and it read 115. I lost 15 lbs! Yes!

I havent weighed myself yet today.
After work tonight i will weigh myself.
Hopefully i have completed this goal today! If not i am selling my favorite pumps! I set that goal and yay! I hope i did it!

are great for bonding time but not trying to DIET!
They love how i make spanish rice and beans so they asked me to make it and bring it to the lake/camp. Grrrr! So of course i cant make it and not eat a little.
So i had some, had some beers, had some more food.
But i will weigh in tonight.
As of right now i have 5 lbs to go to meet this goal!

I weigh 122.
My first goal is 115.
My ultimate goal is 110.
well last time i weighed myself was 2 days ago.
i weighed 124 then.
So tonight i will hop on that scale and hope for some progress.
atleast 1 lb.

Well my birthday didnt affect my diet too much! Yay.
As of yesterday i weighed 127. So i lost 1 lb since friday!!!
Today is my birthday! yay!

So i weighed in this AM and im 128!
But by tomorrow after the liquor and food tonight ill probablly be a pound or two heavier! no!
So tomorrow afternoon ill have to get back on track!
Well i recently had my second baby. My first will be 3 in August. My newborn is just 7 weeks(almost) born on May 11th!
I weighed 160 right before i gave birth.
Weighed 148 the day i got out of the hospital.
As of yesterday 6-26-07 i weighed 131!
I weighed 125 before i got pregnant.
So my ultimate goal is 115!
I eat less then 1000 cals a day and work at 6 days a week.
Plus i work out all day long when running around after two kids and trying to get to work.
any tips?
I am going to try water pills. any one tried them?
