Six months ago I told you all about me starting my weight gain diet and promised I’d tell you how it went. Here is an update :
Unfortunately my diet did not go as planned. Eating 3,500-4,000 calories is not easy for me. I’m a naturally small eater. I have my families naturally high metabolism. Finally I’m an industrial construction worker, one of the harshest jobs you can hold in the States. All this is very negative to weight gain. In fact based on my last post which said I was 145 6 months ago; I’ve actually lost 2 pounds over those months. =/
Now I’m certainly not going to give up. That would be rather out of character for me. However it may be some time before I complete this goal. Maybe even a year or two as I move into my early 20’s and my metabolism begins to slowdown. Wish me luck!
