Yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!
I have about 15-20 kilo’s I need/want to get rid of! That’s A LOT since I love to go to dinnerparties with my friends and stuff and not having to worry about what I’m actually eating! But I guess, that’s ‘passĂ©’!
I’ve gained about 8 kilo’s this year, I didn’t eat more than I used to the years before (but I’ve been a student for 6 years and that means bad cookingskills and eatinghabbits)... I guess we all get a bit older and can’t get away with the things we used to…

So, weight watchers! I’ve done it before, I’ve also tried other diets (herbalife and other stuff like that), but I guess ‘eating healthy and losing some fat slowly’ is the best way to do it!
So, right now I’m 2 weeks on the weight watchers diet, or rather ‘lifestyle’... Because, I do want to work on that and keep working on it!
I’ve lost 3,2 kilo’s in two weeks, so I’m very satisfied with that!
It’s hard, because normally I would eat twice as much (and I’m a real cookiemonster!)... but I guess I have to get used to it! (20 points!) BECAUSE I WANT THAT HOT BODYFIGURE ;)

I guess we should support each other and set some goals! What do you think? I could use some weight watchers buddies!
