After my first year in my own apartment, I lost 10 pounds and kept it off just by being the one who bought my own groceries and being the one who chose when to eat. I didn’t even exercise, it was just food choices.
Oddly enough, that helped with my self esteem a LOT. Just 10 pounds. I want to lose 20 more. I want to exercise now, and build muscle and be toned. And more vainly, I want to be the smokin’est babe walking around campus. I want everyone to want me and want to be me. I want to stun people with how kickin’ my body is.
