I must say very proudly that last night, I drank 3 glasses of water.

without breathing.

This is supposed to help me to loose some weight… not right now, but some day…
To be honest I drink a lot of liquid everyday.
About at least 3 liters of no-gas-flavored liquid a day, besides soups, milk, and everythng else.
My problem is that I never drink just water.
I’ll try it one glass right now…
I hate simple water. I always drink it with some flavor added.
I love mineral water, but there’s no always money for buy 2 liters a day.
So, I will drink simple and tasteless water.
Now, it’s 21.20 pm.
Should I begin right now or tomorrow?
