So I went to the ER last night… their scale is a bit different than mine lol. I’ve still lost the 4 pounds, but I apparently initially weighed a bit more than I thought. Very sad. And to make it worse, the medicine they gave me for the pain makes me eat like a whale…
I suppose all I can do is bump up the exercise a bit. I’ll do the usual yoga and pilates tomorrow, and maybe try out the Core Rhythms Sunday. Oh, these last 6 pounds could be interesting.

I’m 4 pounds lighter… Which makes me almost halfway there. I’ll be happier when more of my rings fit again. That might not come until after losing more than the 10 though. We’ll see how that happens. I’m thinking a lot more will fall off when I finish reading some more of Kevin Trudeau’s latest book – I didn’t start losing any weight until I read his others, so I’m sure this one will work.

Alright, I’ve lost a definite two. The other two could be water weight, so we’ll see if this weight remains steady. I’ve been doing physical therapy for an extra hour a week (its usually 1hr 15 mins twice a week, but now it’s usually 1hr 45… I did 2 hours last time though). And I exercise at least once more a week.
On top of all that, I switched to organic food about mmm three weeks ago – I cheat a little, I mean cmon easter candy? Who can resist that? But not being loaded up with preservatives and corn syrup seems to help a lot. I haven’t really done that much more, and I’ve noticed a big change. My jeans are literally falling off me.
I’m reading Kevin Trudeau’s new weight loss book (His books are amazing ps) and I expect to lose a lot more once I start following that.
Oh! I’ve also been doing a Candida cleanse- excess weight around the gut is often excess yeast from foods and medicines. I’m not sure if its had much to do with the weight yet, but I have a lot more energy!
