Lax...

I forgot to update last week. I did go to the gym four times, so I was just behind in the updating, not the exercise.

This week that just went by, I did go to the gym three times, but felt as if I were going to die as I had the flu and didn’t realize it. Once I did, I skipped the gym that day, and felt like hell at work… But, am still pleased with hitting my goal despite it all.

This upcoming week, I am seriously aiming for four times at the gym. Hopefully I can make it :)



Another good week

I went to the gym three times, skating once and walked at least a half hour everyday. I even did lunges (the thorn in my side) all by myself and I tried swimming. Wow, was the swimming horrid. I think some goggles and lots of practice shall remedy this issue.



Ups and downs

I did go to the gym three times this week. I went skating twice and I did walk at least 30 minutes everyday (most days were 1+ hours). The down of that was a huge whipe out while skating. I skipped the gym on Friday because I was so sore and only did half of the workout I was hoping to do on Saturday. But, I did make my goal of three days this week, so I have nothing to complain about!

This coming week, I will be running 500m, walking 100m x9. I might try swimming this week too… We’ll see what is realistic.



Week one done

I did it. One of fifty-two weeks a success. I went to he gym three times, went skating three times and made sure I walked a minimum of thirty minutes each day. I thought I might feel stiff, but I feel great :)



Day One

One for one. Let’s keep this up for the year now!
