Well, it’s been a while since that first entry I did, and I’ve since moved to Norway and have not been able to join a local club. Well, Lisa and I have decided that before Easter I will be signing up at a local club in Sentrum Bergen. So, perhaps a in a couple weeks I’ll be back on the bettle field.

I started in January. I have successfully used the following techniques in practice fighting:
getting into the guard position, from standing and ground position.
Escaping from the guard position.
Escaping from the classing armbar(where my apponent starts his armbar from the mount position.)
Getting into the mount position from 100 lbs position.
Triangle choke from the guard.
Escaping from a triangle.
Arm bar from mount position.
Escape from kimuru(basically an american bar from the guard position).
I’ve practiced other things but I won’t mention them until I’m able to accomplish them at least once in combat.
